1. Free Tier Evaluation

MusicPlus Pro offers a "Starter Plan" which is free forever for up to 10 songs and 1 active gig. We strongly encourage all artists to use this free tier to test on their specific mobile/tab/computer devices before upgrading to a paid subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate activation of Pro features (Unlimited storage, Boardroom access, and HD scaling), we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription payment is processed. All sales are final.

3. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

In the event of a duplicate transaction caused by a technical glitch or server error during the Razorpay checkout process, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to all Pro features until the end of your current annual billing cycle. After the cycle ends, your account will automatically revert to the "Starter Plan" limits (excess songs and gigs will be hidden but not deleted until you renew or clean up your repertoire).
